Locked Files Wizard is a useful utility that allows replacing, moving, renaming or deleting one or many files and folders that are being used by the system (e.g., system files like comctl32.dll, or virus/trojan files). Add the files to update, click Apply, restart and that's it. Use care since this useful utility can crash your system or make it unbootable if you delete or rename the wrong file.
