A handy utility designed to augment the existing functionality of Windows Dial-Up Networking (also known as Remote Access Services or RAS). To put it in other words, NetLaunch is a dialer, a feature-rich and convenient one. NetLaunch's rich features include: the ability to start and stop applications in response to a connect/disconnect event; can start and stop applications before the connection is made or before being disconnected; detects connection errors and can start and stop applications in response to it; redial a connection until the minimum specified connection speed is attained; disconnect when a connection becomes near idle rather than completely idle; can periodically ping selected sites to keep the connection alive and detect when the connection has become unresponsive; the ability to redial a connection that has become unresponsive; each Dial-Up Networking entry can be configured independently, no limit to the number of entries allowed; full context-sensitive help for all dialogs and screens; and more.
