Microsoft SyncToy 2.1

Description by the Software Developer:
"The easy to use, customizable application helps you copy, move, rename, and delete files between folders and computers.
SyncToy, a free PowerToy for Microsoft Windows XP, is an easy to use, highly customizable program that helps users to do the heavy lifting involved with the copying, moving, and synchronization of different directories. Most common operations can be performed with just a few clicks of the mouse, and additional customization is available without added complexity. SyncToy can manage multiple sets of folders at the same time; it can combine files from two folders in one case, and mimic renames and deletes in another. Unlike other applications, SyncToy actually keeps track of renames to files and will make sure those changes get carried over to the synchronized folder."

Task Commander 2.5

"Computers are getting more sophisticated; our demands and expectations are rising. Because of this, we often face two major problems when launching and executing programs.
The first problem occurs as the number of programs installed on a computer increases. It becomes more and more difficult to find your required program in the crowded Windows Start menu. Your cluttered Desktop, with its bewildering assortment of dozens of motley icons, is no longer an effective shortcut to your software. Even the Quick Launch panel becomes almost useless when it no longer has enough room for all of those handy program icons.
The second problem with today's busy computers is related to multi-tasking, where several programs appear to be running at the same time. You will often work with several programs, each launched in its own window. Some of these applications (for example, Microsoft Word or Internet Explorer) will also launch a new instance in a new window each time they open a new document. The size of your monitor screen is limited and so the windows of several running applications will start to overlap as they compete for your attention. It soon becomes impossible to see all of the running programs in the confusing mass of open windows. Switching between applications does little to help.
Task Commander solves these problems.
Use Task Commander's self-configuring menu to find and start any program quickly, often with just one mouse click. That solves the first problem. Use Task Commander to switch quickly and easily to any window of your running applications.
That solves the second problem.
Task Commander has several other unique and handy features. It can perform a variety of window operations (minimize, maximize, close, etc.) on an application. It can perform them on a specific window or on all of the windows owned by the application. It will even perform the window operations simultaneously on all currently running applications."
Evaluation period: 30 days.
