With AvirMail you can preview all incoming e-mails while they are still on the server and before you download to your computer. With AvirMail you can manage all e-mails. This means you can read each e-mail, print it, filter it in the way you want to, immediately answer it and even delete it - all of this while it is still on the server and before it is downloaded into your computer. With AvirMail you get a great front-end for the incoming Mail activities: Up to 100 lines can be displayed as preview, so that you can see what the received e-mail is about. Checks for all new e-mails in selectable interval and from different mail accounts. Shows the size, the subject, the sender, the recipient indication and whether attachments were transmitted. The anti-Spam feature uses a powerful filter engine, with which you can define whether the received e-mail should be pre-selected or even automatically deleted, if they fulfill your criteria, as for the sender indication, the recipient indication, the subject, certain key words, the Return Path or when it has an attachment. Also file name of the first attachment could be a criteria. And you can always delete unwanted e-mail manually later on, without the automatic filter function. You can also reply email directly without having to download it to your hard disk and activating your Mail Client.
A passwords manager. Enables you to safely store a whole host of passwords and logins and auto-types them, when required, with a single click. With KeyWallet you can store your data in "keys" and then simply drag-and-drop them anywhere. A key can contain any personal information: logins, passwords, names, addresses etc. A key consists of several fields (usually 2-3 fields, e.g. login and password). Each field contains a text string. One key example is a key named "My e-Mail Account" for the login website of your e-Mail provider with two fields: "Login" and "Password". Another good example is a key named "My Passport" with fields like "Name", "First Name", "Telephone", "Address" etc. You can also associate a website address with the key, so that you can open the website simply by clicking on the globe icon beside the key. After your key is created you can use it to fill any form: a form on a website (in any browser), a java-form (e.g. Internet banking applet), any standard windows dialog (e.g. Internet Explorer login dialog) etc. Applying a key is as easy as possible: you can simply drag-and-drop it into the first field of the form. Creating and editing a key is also very simple. You can create a key manually or let KeyWallet record your typing. You can also backup/restore your keys and preferences. This feature can also be used to transport your data to another computer. Multiple user support is also provided. All your private data is encrypted and written to a disk file locally on your computer. It is encrypted by using the Blowfish algorithm and is completely secure (unless you select the security level "none").
