It is available for download for Windows, Mac, and Linux (all the same archive).The first version was released May 31st 2005, released entirely GPL and free over the net, a first for a project of its kind. Since then it has been downloaded over half a million times, and the game is still being updated and developed, currently at version 2.3 and new releases being developed. GoldenSection Notes is a user-friendly e-notebook that organizes your notes and graphics in a convenient folder tree format. Now you don't have to create a number of text files scattered all over your hard disks and rummage in them for hours searching for a note you've written somewhere. An advanced yet simple-to-use answering machine program with Caller ID for your voice modem. Answering machine software with personal greeting messages takes your telephone messages while you are away. Caller ID lets you see and hear who's calling via screen pop-ups, distinctive rings, and caller's name announcement with speech synthesis. "Black" and "white" lists filter calls based on caller database, call origin and other parameters. Evaluation period: 30 days.
An application designed to manage your incoming and outgoing phone calls. Provides pop-up window displaying caller ID information when call is received (APServer can pronounce this by voice). Logs the call and plays the melody associated with that phone number. Answering machine plays back the melody, the wav-file and text with your greeting, and records the message. You can also specify blacklisted phone numbers, and the program will ignore or hang up on them. AutoDialer will autodial phone numbers one by one and annoy people by forwarding to them your important messages. Email Checker will notify you about new email messages arrival. It will show the subject, the sender, and several lines of each email. It's OK if you happen to have several thousand email addresses: Email Checker can handle up to several thousand POP3 servers. Reminder will remind you about all events you don't want to miss. APServer can be configured to run when Windows runs, so you'll never miss any calls.
