Suppose you have a RealAudio file (*.ra) with an incomprehensible name like 24536892.ra. RArenamer enables you to automatically rename *.ra files so that the file names will look like author_name.ra. Evaluation period: 30 days.
As is well-known, Windows, as well as many programs installed on your computer, each have their own sounds, most of those WAVs not being used or listened to at all. Wave Killer scans your hard disks, finds WAVs, allowing you to listen to them and, if you don't need the files, deletes them. What it won't do is allow you to edit, rename, or save the *.wav files to a different directory. It won't do anything else either.
