Advanced Disk Catalog enables you to easily and conveniently categorize drives, files and folders, adding comments to each of them, the program being capable of adding most comments on its own by reading them from files like "file_id.diz" etc. After having catalogued your files and folders, you can easily find any file or folder by using either their names or comments. The program is also capable of analyzing archives (ZIP, ARJ, RAR, ARC, CAB, and ACE), thus making it possible to search for a file or a folder within an archive. Its Explorer-like interface allows for convenient cataloguing of data on various media types, e.g. hard disk drives (even via networks), floppy disks, optical disc, ZIP and JAZ disks etc. |
